What these terms cover

These terms apply to the toggled.ai website and the Toggled early-access program. Toggled is operated under the Toggled brand; you can reach the team at [email protected]. By using the site or joining the early-access list you agree to these terms.

The product is not launched yet

Toggled is in early access. The website describes a product that is being built, and everything on it should be read that way: features, SDKs, plans and timelines describe what we are building and intend to ship, not a service you can rely on in production today. The interactive demo on the homepage runs on simulated data in your browser and is illustrative.

Early access, honestly

• Joining the list costs nothing and requires no payment details.
• A spot on the list is an invitation to try the product when your spot opens, not a guarantee of a launch date, a feature set, or continued availability.
• We may open spots gradually and in any order. We will only email you about Toggled, and you can leave the list at any time.

Pricing shown on this site

The pricing page shows planned launch pricing. It is our honest current plan and we intend early-access members to lock it in, but until the product launches and you actively choose a paid plan, nothing on this site creates a purchase, a subscription or a bill. Final pricing will be confirmed at launch before you pay anything.

Acceptable use of this site

• Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe it for vulnerabilities without telling us, or use the signup form to spam.
• Sign up with your own email address. One person signing up many addresses to game the queue may be removed from it.
• If you find a security issue, please report it to [email protected]. We appreciate responsible disclosure and reply to every report.

Content and trademarks

The content of this site (copy, design, the Toggled name and toggle mark) belongs to Toggled. Quote it with attribution as much as you like; do not pass it off as your own or imply an affiliation that does not exist. Third-party product names mentioned on this site (for example LaunchDarkly, Optimizely, Split, Statsig, ConfigCat, Unleash, Flagsmith) are trademarks of their respective owners; comparisons are our honest editorial assessment, and those companies are not affiliated with Toggled.

No warranties, limited liability

This website and the early-access program are provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Toggled is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from using this site or relying on pre-launch information. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves; the date above changes when we do. Material changes will be announced to the early-access list. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
