Who we are

Toggled is the feature flag and A/B testing platform published at toggled.ai, currently in early access. "We" in this policy means the team operating the Toggled brand and this website. For anything privacy related, contact [email protected].

What we collect

• Your email address, when you join the early-access list, together with the time you signed up and whether you confirmed the 6-digit code we emailed you.
• Signup context: which page you signed up from, standard UTM campaign parameters if you arrived through a link that carried them, and the IP address of the request. We keep these to understand where signups come from and to limit spam and abuse.
• Server logs: like almost every website, our server records requests (URL, timestamp, IP address, browser user agent) for security and debugging, and rotates them routinely.

That is the whole list. The live demo on the homepage runs in your browser with simulated data and sends nothing to us. We do not collect payment details (there is nothing to buy yet), and we do not buy data about you from anyone.

What we use it for

• To send the confirmation code you requested and, once confirmed, to email you about your early-access spot and the launch of Toggled.
• To answer you when you email us.
• To keep the signup form usable by rate-limiting abuse.

We do not sell or rent your email address, we do not share it with advertisers, and we will not add you to unrelated mailing lists. Every email we send you includes a way to get off the list.

Cookies

This site sets the technical cookies the framework needs to function (a session cookie and a security token that protects forms). There are no third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Where your data lives and how long

Signup data is stored in our production database and is kept while the early-access program and your relationship with Toggled last. Ask us to delete your email and we will remove it from the list. Unconfirmed signups are cleaned up periodically.

Your choices

• Leave the list: use the unsubscribe mechanism in any email, or write to us and we will remove you.
• See or delete your data: email [email protected] from the address in question and we will show you what we hold or delete it.

Changes to this policy

If the product launches with capabilities that change what we collect (an actual application involves more than an email list), this policy will be updated first and the date above will change. Material changes will be announced to the list, not slipped in quietly.
